Mechanics:
1. The 2014 Pangasinan Cosplay Invitationals is open to all cosplayers ages 3-12 years old for the KIDS CATEGORY, 13 & up for all the other categories. Participants for GROUP CATEGORY shall be composed of 5-8 members to perform on a 3-5 minute mini skit or scene.
2. Participants may costume play their desired characters from any anime, manga, movie, cartoon, game & TV series personalities. Registration Fees are as follows:
a. Kids Cat -- P100.00
b. Group Cat -- P500.00
c. Mecha/Armor Cat -- P150.00
d. Indivual Female -- P100.00
e. Individual Male -- P100.00
3. Participants will be judged with Accuracy, Characterization, Craftmanship & Stage Presence. Potentially harmful props such as sharp bladed objects, pyrotechnics & revealing costumes will not be allowed.
4. Special prizes awaits the winners for each categories. Top 3 placers from the Kids Category, 1 Winner each from Group & Mecha-Armor Categories & Top 2 from both Individual Male & Female Categories.
5. Members of the Northern Philippines Otaku & Cosplay Circle as well as the Event Facilitating Staff are disqualified from joining the competition.
6. The organizer reserves the right to alter or make any changes deemed necessary to ensure the success of the event.
7. The judges decision is final.
